Hey, I’m Marina!

I was born in Chania, Crete. I am married and I have two kids. I studied Physical Education in Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki, where I also acquired my Master’s degree in Sport’s coaching. During  my undergraduate studies I acquired two Majors. The first in “Indoor Activities” (aerobics and fitness) and the second in “Tennis”.

I ‘ve also attended “North Academy of Fitness” for two years and became Aerobic Instructor & Aerobic Specialist, Fitness Instructor & Fitness Specialist, Fit-Pilates and Yogilates Instructor, Fit-Yoga & Power Yoga Instructor, Aqua Aerobic Instructor and Vibration Instructor.

I also got Body Pump and Body Combat Instructor certifications, both from “Les Mills” academy.

Since then I have attended many seminars in order to enhance these skills. Also partnered with Tennis Clubs, Private Schools, Hotels and several Fitness clubs/gyms. 

I choose Pilates because it combines mind-body awareness with amazing results and physical-spiritual benefits.
