Hey, I’m George!

I started playing Waterpolo at the age of 8.  At my 18th birthday I already had 6x 1st Panhellenic places, two 2nd and a 3rd place with the group of the Chania Swimming Group (NOX) A1 National category.

I graduated Democritus University of Thrace, Department of Physical Education and Sport Science with a special swimming specialty and two secondary lifeguard and WaterPolo. 

I also had the chance to play professionally at Xanthi Swimming Club and was the coach in the Komotini Swimming Club water polo group, Maritime Group of Rethymnon, Maritime Club of Volos. Maritime Club of Lamia and Maritime Club of Rhodes.

Coaching and motivating Chania Swimming Group and helping the A1 National category was one of my best experiences. Since then I worked at several fitness clubs as a personal trainer, mainly for athletes.

My choice is Cross Training because it combines exercises for maximum strength and stamina, providing a full body workout experience.
